Several people were killed and others were reported missing after they came to Central Texas on Friday.
Declarations on natural disasters were issued for the regions of the hill and the final valley.
Rescue and evacuation goes out of early morning, but even more potential floods are ahead.
“Even if the rain is light, there may be more floods in these areas,” said Governor Dan Patrick.
Texas Governor Greg Abbot said the state provides “all the necessary resources to Cherville, Ingram, Hunt and the entire Texas -Hill country, which deals with these destructive floods.”
The region is located in the northwest of the Texas city of San Antonio.
Photos show deep floods of water that gain bridges and moving quickly on the roads.
How many people were killed or absent, the authorities have not yet confirmed.
“People, please do not risk it. Be alert, follow the local emergency warnings and do not travel on the flooded roads,” said Texas Sid Miller, Commissioner of Agricultural Department.
The Sheriff’s office of Kerri said the area had suffered a “catastrophic flood” and confirmed that it was reported.
It was told by residents near the streams, streams and the Guadalupe river to move to a higher land.
