Zac Affleck pays tribute to a wife Jen Affleck After her “intense” experience giving birth without using pain medication.
Zac, 28, took to Instagram On Wednesday, July 2, and reflect on the birth of their third child, Penelope.
“Before I flood your feed with endless pictures of our perfect little girl, I have to do a bespoke job for Jen,” Zac’s headline. “Our Doula told her, ‘You must go to the stars to bring this baby back.’ I do not think that any of us predicts how intense natural birth would be.
He continued, “It was a spiritual experience mixed with every possible emotion – one of the most bonding experiences we have ever had. It gave me a whole new level of appreciation and love to my wife that I didn’t know it was possible.”
