“While Pan’s policy in the Swimming season 2021-2022 was in accordance with the rules of the right to NCAA, we admit that some athletes students were unusual,” said Pan J. Larry Jameson in a statement published by the University on Tuesday.
“We recognize it and will apologize to those who have experienced a competitive shortage or worried about the policy that acts at the time.”
