Lizzo She talked honestly about her day on a plate in the middle of her weight loss recently.
The singer said “good as hell”, 37, during an interview with Women’s health. In turn, the regimen helps maintain the weight of “much more”.
The dietary disclosure comes after Lizzo published In January through Instagram she had reached her “weight release goal,” a figure she had not seen on the scales since 2014.
According to the outlet, Lizzo’s “go-braken” consists of two scrambled eggs, chicken sausages and “cauliflower brown.” For lunch, she chooses either “crushed Thai chicken salad,” lettuce wraps “tuna stuffed,” or sliced chicken breast.
When lunch calls, the musician deviates into Turkey Meatloaf with cauliflower, joined “Stwnsh potatoes and green beans,” and makes sure she eats before 5:00 pm every night.
The singer also detailed her snack habits, telling the outlet that she was chewing on low -sugar Greek yogurt with blueberries or blackberries, with “a little honey on top.”
She has also exchanged “multiple frappuccinos per day” for a cup of much less sugary coffee with vanilla protein.
Lizzo also said she does not deny cheating meals “when she wants,” revealing that her favorite pigs include a waffle with chicken tenders, crab legs and cream -filled donuts.
“There’s a balance,” he told the outlet. “I think that’s what true health is. It’s a beautiful balance where it’s like, if you allow yourself to get something, you can enjoy it without over -commit and hurt yourself. I’m so proud of myself for overcoming that.”
Lizzo investigated into her Weight loss journey During the June 19 interview on Trisha Paytas‘Just Trish’ podcast. Her honest reflections included admitting “to try everything,” including Ozempic medicines.
“Just the science for me – calories in against calories out. Ozempic works because you eat less food,” Lizzo told Paytas, 37, during the episode. “That’s it. It makes you feel full. If you can do it on your own – think for an issue – it’s the same.”
Lizzo’s interview with Women’s health Also examined the unhealthy eating habits she has managed to leave behind. “There were times when I eat so much that my stomach hurts. When I was done, I would be so uncomfortable, I couldn’t breathe and I wouldn’t let anyone know. I would hide it,” he told the outlet. “I had so much food noise and I had associated so much emotion as food. If I was sad, anxious, stressed, or worked a lot, I’d snack and just eat constantly. And then I’d wait for everyone to leave, order two separate meals on a food distribution site, then order dessert on one apart.”
