Exclusive: Federal Civil Law’s Complaint has been filed with equal employment opportunities in the US (EEOC) Los -egeles Dodgers and the Guggenheim Partners investment firm for allegedly involved in “illegal discrimination” under the guise of “diversity, justice and inclusion” (Dei), violating the VII Civil Rights Law in 1964.
The complaint was filed by America First Legal (AFL), a non -profit organization of conservative public interests, against both organizations headed by Mark Walter, most Dodgers owners and Guggenheim Partners.

“Their employment practices, as described below, are similar to discrimination against employees, or future staff, exclusively from the skin color or floor. This is clearly illegal,” the AFL complaint began, which was provided by Fox News Digital.

The AFL complaint also accepted “some BRGS that provides material benefits for employment by staff based on their race, color, sex or national origin.” The complaint mentions Asian professionals, Black Action Network, Somos La, which “seems to provide Latin American employees” and women’s opportunities.
In addition, the complaint demanded the investigation of Guggenheim partners, which also has a “diversity and inclusion” page, which states that Dei plays a role in recruitment, professional development, contracts and more “in the whole company”.
