Bachelorette aum Pappas Deanna‘Her silence broke on her bitter court battle with ex-husband Stephen Stagliano After a judge gave her a plea over custody, Weekly US can report only.
According to court documents obtained by UsPappas, 43, and Stgliano, 41, faced in court on June 25 for a hearing on her plea to restore their previous A custody contract.
After hearing from both sides, the judge ordered that the Exes will return to their previous custody/visit schedule “until the further order of the court,” and that is what Pappas sought.
The court said Pappas will have to have “sober tests -before each visit and the tests will be programmed randomly.”
The judge told Pappas and Stgliano to postpone sober -link in terms of test results.
The court also ordered the Exes to exchange financial information after Stgliano asked to reduce its support obligation.
In her first statement since the judge’s decision, Pappas tells Us.

Pappas and Stagliano married in 2011 and split in 2023. They worked out a divorce deal in June 2023, where it was agreed to share the custody of their two toddlers. Stagliano was ordered to pay $ 1,000 a month in child maintenance and another $ 1,500 in Spousal support.
Pappas recently admitted cutting provision in their custody deal by drinking around the children on April 3. She claimed that Stgliano refused to allow her regular access with their children after the incident.
“He has made inconsistent offers agree to visits and then canceled at the last minute,” Pappas claimed.
She said she started a “recovery” and had been sober for over 62 days at the time of filing in early June. Pappas told the court she had stood all alcohol tests as needed.
As Us It was first reported, Stgliano asked the court to refuse Pappas emergency proposal. He said he was supportive of his “early restoration” work but said it was not proof of “persistent sobriety.”
Pappas previously denied that she had problems with drinking.
As Us First reported, Pappas and Stgliano drama exploded on Feb 27 when she was Arrested during custody exchange in her home. They both accused the other of being in the wrong but police arrested Pappas.
She was released hours later. The incident was never brought over the incident.

He told the court that his ex “has never paid child maintenance since he agreed to do so. At this point, (Stagliano) is $ 23,000 behind on child support payments, so his application to adjust this makes sense.”
“(Stagliano) has never paid for cutting hair or clothes for the children,” he said. He also accused him of failing to take a drug test as required by their custody deal.
Pappas, who earns over $ 16,000 a month as a flight assistant, called him out for being “voluntarily”.
In response, Stagliano said he had been applying to jobs after losing his job at a gambling company but had not been successful.

The Exes will appear in court in October to update the court and go over the plea to adjust support.
