Two years after working together on the second installment of the Horizon Franchise, Labella filed a legal proceedings against Costner, who was director of the film and a leading man. Labella claimed that she had to film a “unscrupulated” and “unscheduled” rape scene directed by Costner.

She bound the production. Devyn asked the production fee to her flight home that weekend so that she could receive support from family and friends. She was bound by the production.”

After Labella introduced her revised lawsuit, costner denied his new claims.
