A social media influencer Brian JohnsonAka King Juniorwas arrested in Austin, Texas on Tuesday, June 24, after posting videos referred to podcaster Joe Rogan.
Johnson, 47, was ordered at the Travis County Jail and charged with a misconduct accusation of making a terrorist threat, according to arrest records on -lein. His arrest comes after he posted a series of videos through his Instagram An account where Rogan, 57, challenged to fight, saying he was going to make Austin resident “pay.”
“A man to a man, I choose to fight with you,” he said in the video posted on Monday, June 23. “I have no training in Jiu-Jitsu, you are a black belt, you should dismantle me.
“Detectives reviewed the posts and noticed that Johnson was traveling to Austin while continuing to make threatening statements,” police said in a statement to Hollywood reporter. “Detectives contacted Mr Rogan, who noted that he had never had any interactions with Johnson and considered the jobs to be threatened. Based on this information, detectives were given a warrant of arrest for Johnson on a charge of a terrorist threat.”
Johnson and Rogan have a long -standing row, chronicled in the Netflix documentary Untold: King of the liver. Previously, Rogan called the influencer for claiming he had fulfilled his body by sticking to a raw meat diet of animal liver, testicles, and fertilized chicken eggs, as well as a strange exercise routine – not using a steroid.
Johnson was later forced to admit to using substances when he faced him and a doctor showed him to pay as much as $ 11,000 a month on steroids and human growth hormone.
The king of the liver
By kindness of the liver king/Instagram“Joe Rogan, we no longer have to make videos to excuse,” he continued. “This is all happening. We come to you. I’ve challenged you, man to man, to fight. Honorable … you can hold the hand of someone you love, because you’ll need to remember that feeling. You’re going to need something to fight for, because I have my family to fight for it and I die for it.
In another video, Johnson said, “Shame on you, I’m going to make you pay … I’m going to fight, and I’m not going to stop.”
As the situation that led to his arrest developed, another series of videos posted to Johnson’s account on Tuesday showed that he packed in his living room, talking about the outside police and the hope of arresting.
Then the camera showed him to be taken away in handcuffs and put in the back of a police car like his wife, Bozena “Barbara” JohnsonLooking forward and someone from the camera explained the situation to her.
Johnson directed the cameraman to be sure to upload the videos to social media.
