The Anker Solar Beach Umbrella is more than just shade. This umbrella is part of Anker’s SOLIX line and does something quite unique. It charges your devices while you relax outdoors. What makes it special? Perovskite solar cells that are seriously impressive. These cells are approximately 30% more powerful than traditional solar cells in bright sunlight and perform twice as well in low light. The umbrella can deliver 80W of power via USB-C and even has an XT-60 connection to power things like Anker’s new EverFrost electric cooler. So you could literally keep your drinks chilled and charge your phone at the same time. While they haven’t announced a price yet, you can expect this technology to hit stores in the spring or summer.

6 NEW INNOVATIONS THAT WILL HELP ADULTS LIVE BETTER
Artronic has just introduced the Komutr, an ultra-slim set of wireless in-ear headphones with an ingenious magnetic charging case that attaches directly to compatible phones, chargers and accessories. The charging case is only 0.47 inches thick and is designed to attach to the back of a MagSafe compatible phone. No more digging around in your bags or forgetting your headphones at home. The case even has a clever flip-up lid that doubles as a stand for watching videos. These headphones offer great battery life, up to 10 hours of listening time on a single charge, and a total of 30 hours when the charging case is included. For those who don’t have MagSafe phones, Artronic promises “adjustable options,” but let’s be real: the magnetic mount is where the magic happens. Want to get them? Mark your calendars for January 15th when pre-orders open. Komutr will launch in May and will cost you $129. That’s not bad for a pair of in-ear headphones that are one piece with your phone.

BEST WIRELESS HEADPHONES REVIEWED BY EXPERTS
Have you ever watched a cooking show and suddenly craved that particular dish? Well, Samsung’s got your back with Samsung Food, a mind-blowing TV feature that uses artificial intelligence to recognize on-screen dishes and instantly serve up recipes faster than you can say bon appetit. Technique is not just about recipes. Samsung Food can track your grocery deliveries, create shopping lists from the contents of your fridge, and even suggest meal plans. Samsung calls it “the ultimate sous chef with artificial intelligence,” and honestly, they might be on to something. Of course, AI won’t actually cook for you (too bad, huh?). But for aspiring home cooks who take inspiration from every cooking show and movie, it could be a complete game changer. Just don’t blame Samsung if you spend more time watching cooking shows than cooking. Of course, you’ll need a 2025 Samsung TV to access this culinary magic. Samsung Food will be available on TV models QN90F, QN80F and QN70F.

The Roborock Saros Z70 changes the game by doing what most robot vacuums can’t: deal with stray objects intelligently. When a sock or a pair of underwear falls on the floor, this smart device doesn’t just push them or get them stuck. Instead, it extends a hidden mechanical arm, gently moving items into their designated space, keeping your space tidy and preventing interruptions when cleaning. Robot vacuum cleaners have evolved from simple floor-cleaning devices to intelligent assistants that can navigate obstacles, handle pet hair, and now even manage inappropriate clothing.

It’s like having a tiny plant whisperer right in your living room.

ACHIEVE A HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE IN 2025 WITH THIS EXERCISE
Limav is a beast. Thanks to the “Savage Traverse System” of tank-like tracks, this robotic lawnmower doesn’t play around. It chews through leaves, pine cones and small twigs like they’re nothing, using powerful mulching blades and a centrifugal fan to keep things tidy. Pet owners, relax. Improved obstacle detection means Fluffy and Fido stay safe while this lawn tamer does its job. It’s essentially a landscape robot that turns your yard into a perfectly manicured paradise. However, it is not cheap. This will set you back $3,000.

Mirumi is a charming robot that turns an ordinary bag into an interactive experience. This furry companion from Yukai Engineering turns its head spontaneously, mimicking the curiosity of a shy baby. Unlike complex AI robots, Mirumi offers a clean, simple charm; it doesn’t talk, doesn’t move on its own, and doesn’t require advanced programming. As your bag moves, Mirumi looks around; if someone approaches too quickly, he shyly turns away. Launching via crowdfunding in mid-2025, this affordable little robotic mascot is less about technological sophistication and more about putting a smile on your face.
