The first major thermal wave of summer is enhanced in the eastern half of North America, causing health alerts and violates everyday life for millions.
The heat warnings operate from the Midwestern US to the east coast, as well as in the Ontario, Quebec and New Scotland in Canada, which has affected more than 160 million in a week.
