Travis and Jason Kelce Just received great honor from their hometown in Ohio.
The Wall Quit Foundation on Sunday, June 22, announced that Travis, 35, and Jason, 37, received an outstanding leadership award for their “remarkable commitment, compassion and service” to the community.
“This award recognizes someone who has gone beyond that to raise their community, inspire their peers and have a lasting impact on the world around them,” the foundation’s letter reads. “Through constant action, integrity and selflessness, they incorporate the true spirit of leadership and mission of the Wound Quit organization.”
The message continued, “In a world that needs strong, compassionate leaders deeply, your example stands out as the brightness of hope and inspiration. Our constant efforts to create a positive change have not gone unnoticed, and this recognition is a celebration of the lives you have touched and the legacy you continue to build.”
Letters posted to the Non -Still Instagram Story was signed by Ohio Representative T. Brewermake the honor officially. The Foundation Will Quit also asked followers to tag Travis and Jason so they were aware of the honor. Neither athlete have made public comments on the award.
The Will Quit Foundation was started in 2022 with a “unnatural commitment to foster unity and inspire change in our communities,” the Institute’s website is reading.
“We celebrate the spirit of leadership and resilience by recognizing those who consecrate their time and energy to raise others. Our mission is to fire the power of unity, creating a stronger impact of generosity and support that transforms lives,” their Mission statement continues. “Unified in purposes, we strive to build a brighter future where hope thrives, and every act of kindness leads the way. Together, we will not give up; we will empower, rise and give back, creating a lasting impact for generations to come.”
As natives Cleveland Heights, Travis and Jason have spoken extended for where they were brought up and gave back to the community.
“If you know me, you know how much love I have towards the city of Cleveland Heights and all the family and friends I have back there,” said Travis during a Past Press Conference. “In my mind, it’s the most beautiful place you can get upbringing. It’s such a melting pot of social and ethnicity that you understand so many different backgrounds. I love that.”
He added, “Moreover, man, I had such an amazing childhood because (o) my parents and my friends and the guidance I received through Cleveland Heights. I still do everything for that city.”
