7 US states, cities and towns that will pay you for moving there

Do you make a step to avoid high costs on a big city or just want a fresh start in a new place – why not get a salary?

There are many states, cities and cities across the United States that offer financial incentives to move there. That’s something like that Evan Hockco -founder and director Makemymove Says CNBC do this, he wants more people to know.

Before applying for any of these programs, one of the most important things is to visit. Hock says this is what he believes that many people neglect. But as soon as this is done, go for it.

As of June 2025, the following cities and states offer a financial incentive, some pay as much as $ 12,000.

Program Name: Climbing Western Virginia

Stimulus: Up to 12,000 dollars and more
