Ginny & georgia Could it be going through some cast changes in season 4 – but could some characters progress in spinoff?
During a unique interview with Weekly US. Humberly González teasing whether her characterSophie could return after graduating from high school.
“I have no idea. I didn’t even know if I was going to come back in season 3. This is something the creators choose – especially because I have no idea where season 4 is going to go,” González, 33. “I don’t know if it will follow a chronological order.
González did not override a return, adding, “What if we were right where we left off? Then yes, we would probably see graduation. What if it was a continuation and Sophie asked Max to go to prom? There are many different paths we can see here.”
Ginny & georgiawho first performed in 2021, following a young single mother moving her family to Wellsbury, Massachusetts, after running away from her past. González won over fans on the popular Netflix series as Max’s (Sara Waisglass) Love off and on. Despite their breakdown, Max and Sophie continued to cross trails throughout season 3, which started streaming earlier this month.
“I’m always very happy to come and do a little game. Obviously, I think the majority of Sophie’s story line is at the start of the show and it’s always cool to see how it could wrap. But that’s an actor’s life,” he explained. “You graduate to other projects and you’re like, okay, I have to say goodbye to this other one I really love. ‘”
González admitted that She would lose Fans of the largest show.
“It’s probably one of the best bandoms – if not the best band I have ever had. They’re so lovely and so supportive. Most of them are women and young and queer and it’s so fun,” he said to Us. “I get really amazing messages about people feeling seen and heard. Also how important the character I portrayed helped them either come out or feel a little less alone and support. That means a lot to me – especially since season 3 came out during a month of pride.”
After hearing Us‘Pitch for a Sophie Spinoff in New York City, González She gave her an approval stampQuestioning, “Netflix, if you’re listening at the moment, we got something to present you here.
González continued: “He gave me beautiful friendships, beautiful opportunities, exposure and this vandomy they found me in different shows and they have stuck with me.
It’s a good thing that Ginny and Georgia have already been renewed for season 4 because that pregnancy spiral – and the paternity drama – is getting started. For now, González is focus on The shores, that offers a grittier snapshot of the Buckley family – including Son Cane (Jake Weary) – who has managed the town of North Carolina in Havenport for decades. Ultimately, their quest to control their fishing empire leads them to take part in dangerous activities. González is presented as a cane high school Love that comes back to his life.
“Hopefully, my Ginny and Georgia fans come to watch the shores because it is about the person who plays these characters and how they grow. It’s not necessarily about just one character,” he teased. “That’s what I love for what I do. It’s fans who are like you for your art and are not necessarily married to one character. This is my 10th year of doing this professional this summer and so it still feels like the start and a new episode. I’m very grateful to have two Netflix shows to come out to the back.
