And this is looking for interviews with several officials in the internal circle of Biden, including former Chief of Staff Ron Klein and former senior communications adviser Anita Dun.

Also among the issues that investigators will have is what Biden Autopen officials have used any executive actions without the permission of the president.

According to Issa, the results of this investigation may help to accurately report how to write this potential amendment to the Constitution.

“What the chairman of the Comer does is extremely important because it mainly makes the facts for the Committee on the judicial authorities, which will undoubtedly adopt a possible amendment by the 25th amendment,” Issa said.

There is a very high threshold to change the constitution-two-thirds of voting in each ward and ratification by three quarters of states. Thus, if the amendment is implemented with the judicial committee, it will face a tough road to go through Congress, even with a single republican control. But Isa says it is worth making an effort to improve the system.

“Since it didn’t work, we should ask if there is another way to do it better in the future?” he asked.
