In the unanimous ruling from the ninth court court, on Thursday, Trump’s President was allowed to support control over the troops of the National Guard located in the Los Eandgeles.
The ruling remains in the lower court ruling, which ordered the return of California Governor Govin Newsom.
Trump’s decision to deploy the National Guard was the first president of the State National Guard without the permission of the governor since 1965.
The court said the court that he believed that the president has made a legitimate decision.
“By giving the president that respect, we conclude that it is likely that the president legally implemented his statutory bodies in accordance with paragraph 12406 (3), which allows the federalization of the National Guard if the president is unable to obey the US laws regularly,” the court said.

The court also stated that he disagreed with the Governor’s argument that the president’s decision to federalize the members of the California National Guard to 10 USC ยง 12406 is completely isolated in the trial.
Despite the fact that the president did not inform the governor before deploying the National Guard, as demanded by the law, the court led that Newsom had no right to veto the president.
