Federal Judge ordered former US Coast Guard Lieutenant Peter Stnsean to take home with GPS monitoring while hearing on what he had done numerous threats against the president Donald Trump in social media over the last five years.
A 63-year-old Virginia resident held an officer in the US Coast Guard From 1988 to 2021, at this time he became firing and served as the FEMA instructor.
Judge Ivan Davis said on Wednesday that he did not believe that in the conditions he had laid out, Stnsenson was threatened with a threat to society.
Stinson, who wore a green prison joint at hearing, was noticed as he talked to his lawyers during the case.

The US Department of Justice prosecutors claimed that Stanson did several threats against Trump on various social media platforms, including X, Reddit and Bluesky.
The public defender of Stresson, however, noted that Stinson said things like “someone should make a shot … He said I couldn’t shoot but I could ride. I would shoot but I was a lousy shot so it would be a waste.”
The prosecutor’s office opposed the argument, saying that Stnsenson lied about his skills, noting that he had received an expert shooter of the tape while in the service.

The public defender of Stnsenson also claimed that this charter is specific to the threatening language, and that political hyperbole was protected by a speech within the first amendment.
Judge Davis seemed to agree with the public defender, as the prosecutor’s office had a difficult time that corresponded to the severity of the probable cause. He ultimately gave the prosecutors the next Wednesday to file additional written rabbits on the matter.
In a statement filed on Friday, an employee of the Federal Investigation Bureau (FBI) revealed the details of the many Internet spagrosis, allegedly done by Stinson.
In one case, as reportedly, Stinson wrote that Trump should be “(L) Uigied,” May 9. The mail was a link to Luigi Mangion, who was charged with murder of the Joint Health CEO Brian Thompson last year.

Stinson allegedly brought graphic threats against Trump involving weapons, poisoning and even knives on several social media platforms.
Stnsenson also allegedly referred to “without having the necessary skills” to successfully complete the murder, but also horribly suggested that he was not completely true.

According to the statement, Stunson “self -identified as a member Antifa“
On February 2, Stinson allegedly posted on his X account: “Of course. This war. The parties will be depicted. Antifa always wins in the end. Violence is essentially needed.”

The latest publication referred to in the document was published on the Blues on June 11, when Stinson allegedly wrote: “When he dies, the party will be.”
