Former Seattle Seahawks corner Richard Sherman accused of driving under the influence more than a year After he was arrested.

“Speaking to Sherman, I noticed that he was controversial and exhibited mood moods, as at some times he would comply and at other times not compliant,” the document reads.
The Trooper filed a legal blood removal warrant and the Sherman was taken to a local hospital for the tests.
With regard to the delay in his charge, the King County Prosecution Attorney Office did not receive test results until Tuesday, June 17.

The DUI arrest in Washington is usually charged as a serious misconduct, giving up to two years to prosecute authorities, according to the State Restrictions Statute. Sherman will be arrested June 30 at King County District Court in Redmond, Washington.
Because Sherman had a previous DUI charge in the past 10 years, he was ordered in King County’s prison night arrest. Sherman was also arrested in 2021 and pleaded guilty to multiple misconduct charges after he was accused of being under the influence when he is alleged to break into the home of his laws after speeding through a building zone.
As part of a plea deal, Sherman agreed to pay court fees, do a community service and be under the supervision of a court for up to two years.
“I’m grateful for the support of my family and friends .. and grateful to have the conversations I’ve had,” he said in court at the time. “I am grateful for the community we have and the way people continue to accept that you are a defective human being and have made a mistake.”
