Porter, 45, took to Instagram After the latest installment Netflix hit earlier this month to reflect on the work that went into the chapters, writing, “result ‘that scene.’ That day was so difficult. But it was also beautiful, and full of support.
The actor included a picture of himself with Costar Brianne Howey and director Sharon Lewis.
“This is… the moment after we cut the scene. Caught beautifully by our photo on the @amsetstills set,” added Porter. “When you are responsible for achieving something as we were that day, all you can do is give yourself. To trust the people you stand across and those around you, those behind the monitors and back in the writers’ room.”
Porter praise the cast and crew For their dedication, writing, “That’s what we do a lot on our show. Sharon led us the way on this, and it was so open and clear on what we needed, how to fulfill our Creator and writers who created this scene carefully. And prestige always achieved. As always.”
He concluded: “I don’t have to do it almost as often as the rest of our cast. Hope he landed how they hoped. I am amazed at our team. And I thank them all every day.”
For those who may not have caught up on season 3 yet, Ginny & georgia Paul (Porter) and Georgia (Howey) contrary in the middle of her murder trial. The tension deteriorated when Paul discovered that Georgia was associated with the deaths of her ex-goals, which he did not mention.
The nail in the coffin, though, was Georgia using her daughter Ginny (Antonia Gentry) Positive pregnancy test to deceive Paul to remain in their marriage. He figured him out, and they had a fight that triggered PTSD Georgia of past abusive relationships when Paul struck the wall above her.
“As a person who had invested in the show, I was resistant to hit the wall. I was very similar, ‘I can’t do this. Paul can’t do that,’” Porter only remembered Weekly US in June. “And our director Sharon said, ‘We do it and have to do it. But it comes out of hurt and isn’t out of anger.'”

“We really tried to use that in that scene and keep a lot of his frustration down and much more of his heart came out. The moment I think I clicked about me most in that scene when Georgia says the words, ‘I can’t trust you,’ to Paul, ‘he continued. “That was a messy scene and it was a messy day – but we didn’t make too many characters of it. We were so ready.
Porter noted that Paul not proud of her behavior.
“He is immediately repentance for Paul at that moment. He never intended to hurt him. That’s never his intention. But he’s someone who wants a family and didn’t know that before he met. She’s someone who loves (her children), Austin and Ginny, and he has stepped in and said, ‘I’ll be there for them as a father’s figure.’ That is a very difficult thing to do to invest in, ”he explained to him Us. “I have a stepmother who came into my life at the age of 6 and said, ‘You are not my blood, but I will be your father.’ We tried to bring some of that to Paul.
He added: “He’s out of his body at that point a little. But I’m not saying he’s right. I don’t condone the action. But I can definitely see what he put there in that moment.”
