“At the earliest opportunity requested by the USA and provided by the court, appear and plead guilty to six, eight, nine, and ten of the first indictment replacing in the United States v. Salvador Plasencia, all accusing a defendant with a ketamine distribution,” made a public agreement in the central office.
As part of the agreement, the DOJ intends to “recommend a two -level reduction in the crime level of competent sentencing guidelines” to the judge. This recommendation could potentially reduce the sentence of plaster by several years.
