“We understand that you are in the process of approving a policy that prohibits religious organizations, and only religious organizations, rent or rent space in the state schools of Salem,” the letter reads. “It would be clear First amendment Violation. If you pass and pursue this policy, we will bring immediate legal actions to retain my customer’s rights. “
