Netherlands, Thrash Malta, in the European title Clash

The Netherlands set a marker on their world cup rivals by trampling Malta 8-0 to their G group G group on Tuesday.

Any other place, Finland saw that Poland and Austria put four passes in San Marino.

Netherlands 8-0 Malta

The Netherlands put a dazzling exhibition in Rotterdam, achieving Malta 8-0 in a dominant performance that saw seven different players directly contribute to the scoreboard.

Memphis Depay got the Oranje round with a clinical penalty in the 9th minute after Justin Kluivert failed in the box.

Depay doubled his account only seven minutes later, shooting home from the center of the area.

Virgil Van Dijk got three in the 20th minute with a rare goal from a distance.

Xavi Simons added a fourth place shortly after the pause, passing to the lower corner after a smart step of Depay.

Donyell Malen twice won in quick succession, first of Micky Van Ven’s assistance, and then ended with a team play that involved Frenkie de Jong to get 6-0.

Noa Lang also found the net, playing for about 78 minutes.

Van Ven headed the route in the stoppage with a composite end to claim his first international goal.

Finland 2-1 Poland

Finland won a 2-1 victory over Poland for his classification of the World Cup with Joel Pohjanpalo and Benjamin Kallman climbing the card to any in half.

Despite mastering great spells and creating more possibilities, Poland left Rue lost the opportunities in front of the goal.

The hosts took the lead in 31 minutes when Pohjanpalo converted a penalty after Robin Lod was rejected by goalkeeper Lukasz Skorupski.

Kallman then doubled the lead in the 64th minute, finishing a quick counterattack started by Oliver Antman.

Poland went back to Jakub Kiwior, who reacted first to a loose ball in the 69th minute box.

Jakub Piotrowski, Sebastian Szymanski, and Krzysztof Piatek had efforts denied by the prominent Lukaš Hradecky, who made a series of key savings.

San Marino 0-4 Austria

Austria crossed a 4-0 routine victory over San Marino in Serravalle, while Ralf Rangnick’s side collected three more points in his campaign.

It took only three minutes to open in Austria, Marko Arnautovic ending close to the range after Stefan Posch’s lower cross.

Michael Gregoritsch then doubled the lead with a powerful boost from a distance, before Arnautovic hit again in the 15th minute, and took advantage of Marcel Sabitzer’s pass to make the 3-0.

The fourth place in Austria arrived shortly before the half -hour mark when Arnautovic became a supplier, configuring Christoph Baumgartner for a nearby range head.

San Marino did not respond to the control of Austria, although they achieved a few moments of promise, especially the shot of Nicola Nanni in the 38th minute, which saved a solid savings by Patrick Pentz.

The second half had no goals, but it remained unilateral.

Substitute Edoardo Colombo impressed the host’s goal, denying Sabitzer and Arnautovic on several occasions, including saving a late penalty after Giacomo Valentini’s lack.
