Julie Chrisley returns to yellow hair after prison release

Chrisley, 52, was seen sporting her signature Golden Locks while causing two fans in a video posted through Tiktok Earlier this week.

“She looks, I mean, she’s been in prison for two years,” Thompson, 19, told the outlet. “Like, what did you expect?”

Julie and Todd were first executed in 2019 on charges of paying tax, bank and wire fraud and conspiracy. After being convicted, the couple reported to prison in January 2023 to present a 19 year combined sentence. Julie was initially sentenced to seven years, while Todd received 12 years. However, later that year, their sentences were reduced by nearly two years.

After releasing May 28 per couple, their son Grayson Chrisley went to pick up Julie from the detention center in Kentucky, while their daughter Holy savanna Raising Todd from Architacola, Florida, prison. (The pair also shares Chase’s son as well as adopted girl Chloe, who is the biological child of Todd Kyle’s son. Todd is also the father of Lindsie’s daughter of a previous marriage.

“We want to get home. We want to be reunited,” Savannah told reporters outside Florida prison as she waits to greet her father after his release. “My parents have not spoken to each other, heard each other’s voices or seen each other in the last two and a half years.”

Earlier this month, Savannah, 27, appeared on a “unlocked” podcasting podcastone and shared what Julie’s first 48 hours were out of prison.

“Mum has been at home, washing clothes, spending time with (adopted girl) Chloe (a) me. The first morning she was home, we lay on my bed and went through my Instagram and I caught her up on all the posts and videos and everything that has gone on since she left,” said Savannah. “She was very cool to see her responses and hold up on life.”

During a press conference at the end of May, Todd confirm He has already started filming scenes for the family’s New Reality Show after cameras arose again following last month’s hurricane news.

The new series was initially going to focus on the efforts of Savannah and her brothers and sisters to release their parents from prison and had already wrapped production when news of Todd and Julie pardons broke.

“It’s going to be absolutely amazing because it follows us from start to end,” added Savannah from the show that has not yet been titled. “He started with us explaining the case and having lawyers on, and the advocacy work, to (now) Mum and Dad had full presidential pardons.”
