Tottenham has separated in ways with Age Postecoglou only two years after its designation, despite the fact that the Australians end the club’s 17 years, waiting for a trophy with their success in the Europa League in May.

“In all the best television series, the third season is better than the second season,” he told fans during the celebrations.
However, President Daniel Levy and the Council felt that the time was suitable for a change. A club statement acknowledged the historical nature of the victory of the Europa League, but insisted that emotions could not be excited about their judgment.
“The Council has unanimously concluded that it is of the club’s interest in making a change.
“While winning the Europa League this season is one of the most important moments of the club, we cannot base our decision on emotions aligned with this victory.”

Postecoglou published a statement of his own, saying: “When I reflect on my time as a manager of Tottenham Hotspur my primary emotion is a pride.
We are very grateful to Ange for their commitment and contribution during his two years to the club.
Ange will always be remembered as only the third manager in our history to deliver a European trophy.
