American pie star The old Williams ScottThere are plans to sell his house allegedly “blind” his disengaged wife, Olivia KorenbergAccording to new court documents.
Korenberg, 35, filed to adapt custody and child maintenance arrangement Frankie, 4, 4, on Tuesday, June 3. He argued that Scott’s previous proposals in their divorce case included “a number of false statements,” including one about his efforts to sell their family home in California.
“When Seann sent me an e -mail on December 1, 2024, about his intention to sell the S. Drive home, I was completely blinded,” Korenberg claimed his court filing, obtained by Weekly US. “In the same e -mail, he provided me Less than a month’s notice to apply to private schools during a period of great instability where I had no idea where we would relocate or what we could afford. “
Korenberg further claimed that Scott, 48, did not advise that he “intends to sell his home in Malibu and relocate to Venice.”
“Furthermore, Seann says that his movement is motivated by a desire to improve his commuting, not by any consideration to Les Frankie-who speaks volumes about Seann’s priorities,” he claimed. “Seann, through his Counsel, emphasized repeatedly that Frankie and I could stay in the S. Drive home until Frankie is 18, and yet we turn out to suddenly ignore Frankie’s welfare and stability completely.”
Korenberg believes that Scott’s sudden desire to move and sell their Malibu house “has been completely motivated by (she) a new romantic relationship.”
Scott filed for a divorce in February 2024, with Korenberg claiming he was still “making romantic advances” towards it until October 2024. (Scott has not publicly addressed any of Korenberg’s recent allegations. Us have reached out for comments.)
Scott and Korenberg are currently alternating Frankie’s alternate custody every two days, which the interior designer claims to “have no stability and structure.”
“As Frankie grows, she will need a consistent educational regime and a secure home. His assertion should not be the leading keeper given his limited part in Frankie’s daily life and an unpredictable work schedule,” Docs Korenberg’s state. “Most importantly, it would cause Frankie’s tremendous traumatic trauma, which has a strong attachment to me and a clear preference to me, especially when she is sick or distressed.”
Although Korenberg does not question Scott’s “affection” towards their daughter, she claims she should be the primary parent.
“Furthermore, I have made consistent efforts to facilitate positive coparenting, in contrast to the lack of Seann’s mutual efforts,” he argues. “(It) shows my greater drive and ability to maintain a healthy coparenting relationship with Seann if I got to move a further distance from Seann.”
