In the sketch of the courtroom, Sean “Didi” Komaba watches how the prosecutor asks “Jane” during the court of rapper trading.

The judge, who presides over the criminal trial of Sean “Didi” Kombs, threatened to prohibit the commander -in -chief in the courtroom for the nod and the creation of faces in the jury.

Judge Arun Subromanyan called his actions “absolutely unacceptable”. The lawyers of Mr. Kombs assured the judge that this would not happen again.

Judge Subromonyan said Mr. Kombs “nodded vigorously” during Brian Bongolan’s cross-interrogation, a friend of the former girl Mr. Kossei Ventura, who accused the rapper Holding it over the balcony.

The court also heard from a woman who uses the “Jane” nickname, which met with Mr. -G -Gar races between 2021 and his arrest in 2024.

Jane described the initial months of her relationship with Mr. Kombs as an exciting whirlwind; She said she drove her on trips to Miami, and another one to Turk and Kaikos and the Bahamas. The rapper drove her to the upscale restaurants, and she called herself a “head”.

But she testified that Mr. Kombs soon asked her to participate in what the prosecutor’s office called “hotel evenings” when Mr. Combs hired an accompaniment to observe how Jane was engaged in sexual actions with another person. The first meeting in May 2021 took place in Miami, and she believed it would be a one -time experience.

“The Pandora’s box opened in our relationship that night,” Jane said in court. “These were the door that I couldn’t close during the rest. After that, it was so much and it was too much.”

Jane testified that she went with additional meetings because “I just loved him at that moment and wanted to make it happy.” But she also said many times that she told Mr. Kombs that she did not want to participate in these “hotel nights”.

But Mr. Kombs asked her to take part in a few more, and she “felt disappointed, I felt just obliged to” go with his wishes, she said in court.

Starting from April 2023, Mr. Combs began to pay $ 10,000 a month for her home, she testified. Jane said the agreement came with a sense of commitment, and the rapper meant that he did not want to pay for the woman he had not seen.

She also gave her drugs such as ecstasy, cocaine and ketamine since the beginning of the relationship, she testified. She told the court that she used the substances during some of her meetings with Mr. Kombs, as well as with “hotels”.

Her testimony will continue on Friday, and she will later face the interrogation of Mr. Kombs defense.

The alleged incident with the balcony falls under close attention

The court also heard a more intensive issue of Ms. Bongolan, a friend of Cassie Ventura, who, according to the lawyers of the rapper, at different times gave various abuses of Mr.

Ms Bonglan accused Mr. Kombs of raising her balcony in a threatening quarrel and throwing her to nearest furniture, causing bruises and injuries.

Defense Prosecutor Nicole Westmorland asked Mrs. Bongolan about the statement she made in a letter from the lawyer, who Mrs. Westmorland included demand for money, and a lawsuit against Mr. Kombs: that a sexual attack was allegedly under the rapper’s incident.

Ms Bonglan testified in court that Mr. Kombs held his hands on his chest as he allegedly lifted her to the balcony. Ms Westmorland has repeatedly pressed for her differences between the charge in the sexual attack and her description in the court of the alleged actions of the rapper.

The defense also accused Ms Bongolan of making details of the alleged incident with a balcony with MR Combs, presenting the evidence showing that Mr. COMBS performed at a concert in New Jersey and attended events in New Yar 25 and 26, 2016.

Earlier, prosecutors showed a photo of Ms. Bongolan’s foot on his foot, with a temporary mark of September 26, 2016 in metadata. Mrs. Bongolan said she took a picture the day after Mr. Kombs allegedly threw her into the balcony furniture.

“You came here and lied to the ladies and the gentlemen,” said Ms. Westmorland.

“I can’t agree with you,” said Ms Bongolan.

Later on this day, the prosecutor’s office abandoned disagreements. They displayed a text message taken from Mrs. Ventura, a former Mr. Combs girl dated September 30, 2016.

The text stated that Mr. Kombs came to her apartment in the middle of the night, suffocated by Mrs. Bongolan and withstood her from the balcony.
