Richardson Hitchins called Teofimo Lopez, Devin Haney and Ryan Garcia today, saying he wants to fight one of them after defending his 140 -pound IBF title against George Kamboses Jr.
Hitchins (19-0, 7 kos) believes that his fight against the wonder of the wonder that Kambos Jr. It will open its doors to larger struggles against Teophimo, Haney, Manny Pacquiao and Ryan. Fans believe that Hitchins is disappointed and will never get any of these fighters to face.
His problem is that he fights too much like Shakur Stevenson, and his obsolete style of struggle does not work at this time of boxing. Hitchins, Shakur and Haney have this Mayweather style before the Internet became popular in the mid -1990’s.
“The S *** is f **** in the boxing world right now. I don’t understand. Ryan Garcia is losing in front of Rolly. Devin Haney has just done -for Ryan. Theophimo doesn’t want to fight Devin Haney, but he wants to fight his boots,” said Richardson Hitchins to Dazn box.
The reason López wants to challenge the IBF and WBA Welterweight Jaron ‘boots’ champion Ennis instead of some of the murderers at 140 is that’s why
“Now they need me in the picture. I will arrive at 147. If Pacquiao really wants to try -against one of the best young fighters in the sport, it can call me,” Hitch said. “Do not call Devin because you do not want Devin to run as in Times Square. We know he will do it against Pacquiao.”
Why López will not fight Hitchins
Theophimo, Haney, Ryan Garcia and Pacquiao will not show interest in fighting Hitchins because he is not popular and his style of struggle is not favorable to fanatics. It’s like a bigger version of Shakur Stevenson. Do not tweet as a crazy thing as he does and chooses to keep in security in a division instead of following other opportunities, as Shakur has done.
“As I said, call my line after June 14. We make the big fight happening. It would make more sense in the 140’s,” said Richardson Hitchins a Fighthype About a struggle between him and Teophimo Lopez if Teo does not fight against Devin Haney. “We are talking about boxing. At the age of 140, he has a belt and I have a belt. Without a doubt, it will be huge to unify and make a great struggle.”
I hate to say, but Hitchins is trapped in his orbit and will probably remain there as an anonymous fighter for the rest of his career. His decision not to risk -until 147, 154 and 160 has stopped his career. None of the best fighters will bother to fight the Hitchins in 140, and it is a dead division anyway.
“My state, I, baptize him, I will take my career to the next level,” Richardson said about a struggle between him and Teophimo. “He who will hit me will take further his legacy in boxing sport. Yes, it is a great struggle independently. Let’s see that they reach the table. With Turki and the boxing business, the big fights are definitely possible.”
Safe to say that Teophimo will never fight against the Hitchins. Therefore, it is puzzling listening to Hitchins continuously talking about a struggle between him and Teo because he will never happen. If Hitchins had some sense, it would have been realized that, for the moment, and he moved from the dead and lifeless division of 140 pounds to look for more green pastures at 147 or 154. This would require risk and courage. His decision to stay at 140 suggests that he is not brave enough to move forward to expand. The ambition is not there.
“It really does not matter. If Devin fought with me, it will be good for me. Obviously I will be very comfortable in a heavy weight, and it is also a great name,” Hitch said when asking those who prefer to fight between Haney and Teophimo.
While Haney has a similar style of struggle to Hitchins, HT is more popular because he has risked going from 135 to 140, and now 147. The most important, Haney’s father, Bill Haney, has helped his career with his argina and charisma. Hitchins does not have someone who can create an interest in their fights like Devin’s father.
“Theophimo would also make sense because of the legacy. This would take my career to the next level,” Hitch said. “The biggest and bigger pay days.
Hitchins sounds stuck in the way he continually speaks of the great amount of his life if Teophimo decides to fight him these days. Someone should give an indication of Hitchins to make him a forgetfulness of López and, on the other hand, up to 147 to go after the Unified Champion Jaron Ennis and the WBO champion Brian Norman Jr.
“I will begin to solidify my name in sport and I do not think I would need a belt to give me a leverage,” Hitch said, dreaming of a future where he is above the belts.
