The actress, 49, was accompanied by her eldest daughter, Zahara19, at the ceremony on Sunday, January 5, at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles. “Z is here,” Jolie said Variety on the red carpet, noting that Zahara gave her metallic dress her stamp of approval. “She’s hiding over there ’cause you’re alive,” she joked that her daughter didn’t join her on camera.
Zahara complemented her mother’s sparkling look in a white dress featuring embroidered metallic silver details. While Jolie wore her hair half up, Zahara pulled her hair back in a chic updo.
Two days before their Golden Globes outing, Zahara she joined her mother at the 36th Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards in Palm Springs, California. The two contrasted colors at the event, with Jolie contrasting her daughter’s white gown in a black silk dress.

At the Golden Globes this year, Jolie is nominated for Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Motion Picture – Drama about her role as an opera singer Maria Callas in the biographical drama Maria. The Last Showgirl‘s Pamela Anderson, baby girl‘s Nicole Kidman, The Room Next Door‘s Tilda Swinton, I’m Still Here‘s Fernanda Torres a Lee‘s Kate Winslet also ready for the prize.
Before the 2025 awards show, Jolie won three consecutive Golden Globes between 1998 and 2000 for her performances in George Wallace, Family a Girl, Interrupt. She has received a total of nine nominations throughout her career.

“More than eight years ago, Angelina filed for divorce from Mr. Pitt. She and the children left all the possessions they had shared with Mr Pitt, and has since focused on finding peace and healing for their family,” Jolie’s lawyer James Simon say Us Weekly in a statement at the time. “This is just one part of a long ongoing process that started eight years ago.
