The UN Secretary -General called for an independent investigation into the murder of Palestinians near the Center for Assistance Center on Sunday, against the backdrop of controversial reports that Israeli troops opened fire.

A journalist in Rafe told the BBC that the crowd of Palestinians gathered near Al-Alam in Rafa, near GHF, when Israeli tanks came and opened fire.
