As documented by the Bravo fan accounts, Monica, 32, took to his Instagram story on Sunday, June 1, with pictures of unopened condoms, writing, “so made with all the lies. This is not the one girl who was blinded by you in filming. Did you think I am so dumb @rishkaram dumb.”
Monica also shared an alleged DMS Instagram he received from a woman who apparently was hooked with Rish. “We kissed. He said he was single. Want to see me today. Good luck,” read the messages from the unknown woman.
Rish claimed, however, that he was not unfaithful – because of his engagement with Monica was over.
“Monica Vaswani and I have not been together for over a month,” Rish wrote through Instagram Story on Sunday. “I went into my flat unannounced and without my permission while I was traveling out of the country, I went through my personal belongings and took pictures out of the context for posting on social media.”
In his statement, Rish denied that he was in a relationship with Monica. “I never cheated on her and just wanted to give her absolute best while we were in a relationship,” he continued. “It is unfortunate that he did not work out and asked me not to talk openly about us separating as she needs time to process.”
He concluded: “Unfortunately my kindness was taken and took control of the narrative, which is manipulative, unacceptable, and abominable.”
Rish Screenshot showed pictures of Monica’s parents in her flat when she is alleged to move out, writing, “Her parents helped her move out of our flat on 4/21/25, which is being illustrated in this picture. I’ve been single ever since.”
Before their off -screen breakdown, the Karma family alum Weathered infidelity rumors on the show. The reality series, broadcast between 2020 and 2023, chronicled the lives of several Indian-American families over three generations that moved to the Florida area at about the same time.
Monica was an original cast member and Rish joined one season later as her boyfriend. In season 3, rish deny rumors he cheated on Monica as they discussed their plans for the future together.
“To be honest, by 30 I thought I would start this next episode, married, have children. So I’m at a loss. I’ve done everything the right way until now. I have the 9-to-5 post, I have the respect of my parents,” he said in a confession at the time. “But what am I doing all this? Maybe I need to shake things up because this is the first time in my life where I feel like I don’t know where my life is possibly under the heading.”
In November 2023, Monica and Rish announced that they were engaged after several years of dating.
“We found our way. True love is to learn, grow and never give up,” Monica wrote through Instagram. “We were wonderful to be surrounded by amazing friends and family who supported us every step of the way. Our hearts are so full and I’m overwhelmed to share our engagement with you 🤍.”
Gushed Rish for the big milestone too, writing, “I’m beyond blessing and grateful to call you a best friend, soul, and now my fiancé! Your skin for life, beautiful smile, and a pure heart is a little of the many reminders of why I’m so lucky to be making life with you, I’m so excited about the next baby episode.”
