Julie Chrisley has been released from prison after receiving a presidential pardon.

Family is everything for me, and I’ll never stop fighting for what’s right.”

Todd and Julie’s legal woe began in 2019 after they were executed on 12 counts of paying tax, bank and wire fraud and conspiracy. The couple pleaded not guilty but were convicted in June 2023. In November 2023, they were sentenced to 19 years with a combined prison with Todd serving 12 years and Julie receiving 7 years in addition to test requirements. The Chrisley knows best Stars sentences were reduced in 2024 after court appeal.
While her parents were behind bars, Savannah was custody of her brothers and sisters Grayson, now 19, and Chloe, who is now 12 years old. (Todd, who also shares Chase’s son with Julie, is also the father of two older children from a previous marriage. His son Kyle is the father of Chloe’s birth.)
