Julie Chrisley has been released from prison after receiving a presidential pardon.

“Today is a victory for our family, but the fight against wrong convictions and injustice in our prison system is far from over,” her statement continued. “I will continue to use my voice and platform to advocate for those who don’t have one. Family is everything for me, and I’ll never stop fighting for what’s right.”

Todd and Julie’s legal woe began in 2019 after they were executed on 12 counts of paying tax, bank and wire fraud and conspiracy. The couple pleaded not guilty but were convicted in June 2023. In November 2023, they were sentenced to 19 years with a combined prison with Todd serving 12 years and Julie receiving 7 years in addition to test requirements.
