Princess Kate MiddletonBrother James Middleton He said he was fortunate to have grown up with two amazing sisters.
In a rare interview shared by The mirror On Friday, May 23, James, 38, expressed his gratitude toward his brothers and sisters Kate, 43, and Pippa middletonsaying he is “incredibly fortunate to have my two sisters, not only as siblings, but as friends.”
“They’ve seen me at my best and at my lowest, and they’ve always been there when I need them,” added James of Kate and Pippa, 41, in marking his past mental health battles. “The love of a brother or sister is unique, you can’t choose your siblings, it can be complicated, it takes work, but when it’s strong, I think it’s one of the most powerful bonds there is.”
Kate, Pippa and James were raised in Bucklebury, West Berkshire, England by parents Bitch and Carole Middleton. James insisted that despite the pressure of being royal, Kate was a sensitive, strong and emotional woman intelligent. She credits her, Pippa and their mother for helping her go through a mental health struggle, when suicidal thinking, in 2017, experienced.
“They have always been emotionally open, expressive, and in line with the people around them, and I think that being surrounded by that kind of emotional intelligence has rubbed me away, even if I didn’t realize it at the time,” said James. “In retrospect, I think he has given me permission, in a way, feeling deeper and naming those feelings when they came up. That doesn’t mean I always find it easy. In fact, like a lot of men, I struggled to express how I was doing when I was at my lowest.

In a unique interview with Weekly US In October 2024, James noted Kate’s mindset down to the ground.
