Pep Guardiola wants to help fight midfielder Phil Foden, but insisted that he did not ask the head of England, Thomas Tuchel, to leave him out of the workforce for the June international.
Foden was not included in Tuchel Group has appointed this morning for Games with Andorra and Senegal With the Manchester City midfielder who struggled with an ankle injury and out of the field.
Guardiola says there was no collaboration with the German about his decision. He said, “It’s true that he has been fighting for the ankle for some time, but I haven’t talked to Thomas. What happens to the international team is Thomas Tuchel.”
Foden won the PFA player prize last year after cleaning 19 league goals, as City won the title. This year has been completely different, however, with the 24 -year -old, managing only 10 in all competitions with City who supports a miserable campaign that will end without a trophy.
And Guardiola is looking forward to helping Foden recovering his career.
“We want to help and this is the most important thing,” he added. “It needs rest and then it will return. I want to help.

Key midfielder Rodri made his long -awaited return to the victory over Bournemouth, but after being spoken for eight months due to a broken ACL, Guardiola does not wait for him to return to the best time.
“We are very pleased that he has returned, very pleased with the reaction for our people with him, I am sure he is so satisfied with this,” he said. “There is still a long way to be the Rodri that was.
“After surgery, you must always be careful or you can have muscle problems.
“It’s a (positive) step for your mind and knee, but we will not see Rodri yet.”
The city is heading to Fulham on Sunday, needing a point to be sure to play in the Champions League next season.
The European Cottagers’ Hopes are over, but Guardiola remains bewildered on the side of Marco Silva.
He said, “It’s better to reach the last game knowing that it depends on you.
