A welfare influencer Bobi Vargas accused of allegedly stole more than $ 2.3 million by entrepreneurs Admit and Elena CardoneAs well as trying to use prop money to pay a loan from a third victim.
Metro Las Vegas Police Report obtained by Class He claimed that Vargas (the real name of Bobbi Awad) used four credit cards belonging to the Cardones between April 2021 and February 2024 to get nearly $ 2 million by “mixing legal and illegal funds.” Vargas faces a total of 19 felony charges, including six accounts of theft exceeding $ 100,000, four counts of trying to launder money and one account of getting a credit or debit card without the owner’s consent. If guilty, he could face more than 20 years in prison.
Metro Police say they have issued the arrest warrant after identifying 7,400 Amazon fraudulent purchases, a total of $ 450,000 across five credit cards belonging to the Cardone family. Vargas has been accused of buying luxury items such as 83 -inch brick and TV pizza oven.

Vargas has also been charged with spending $ 169,000 from a PayPal account on luxury goods, as well as paying nearly $ 800,000 to their business and employees using the cardones’ money.
A third victim recognized in the case – not known by name – borrowing $ 100,000 vargas. The victim claims that when the welfare influencer paid back with cash in a shoe box, they suspected Vargas used a fake currency. Las Vegas Police said detectives “contacted Propmoney.com and learned AWAD (Vargas) that a total of $ 103,0000 was in various denominations,” it is alleged to have been sent three days before Vargas paid the third victim.
“This pattern of financial transactions showed that AWAD (Vargas) used a front company (Bodela LLC) to launder the earnings of this robbery,” wrote Metro Las Vegas Police in their report.
Vargas appeared in a Las Vegas Court of Justice for the first time on Wednesday, May 14, after an arrest warrant was issued. Judge Eric Goodman allowed Vargas to leave the hearing on her own recognition without posting bail but warned “the first problem I have with you will be the last problem I have with you.”
“I will put you in custody. I will keep you in custody,” promised the judge.

Christalli also argued that Vargas deserved the mercy of bail because she had no criminal record – and had been diagnosed with cancer and was the main carer for an autistic son.

“This journey may not look at how we once imagined, but our love is higher than words, stronger than molten, and more persistent than any challenge,” went on. “One day, I think, we will feel the connection we long for so deeply. Until then, we still show hearts full of hope and hands ready to advocate because our children are nothing less than wonderful. And they will always know love because they have us.”
