The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has received official authorization from its government to continue its next tour of Pakistan. According to Cricbuzz, Bangladesh’s cricket board confirmed that authorities have granted approval from the next T20i of five games series In Pakistan.
Previously, Bangladesh had proposed concerns because of the tensions between India and Pakistan. Government approval is necessary before confirming the tour, along with the consultation of the players. Bangla desh will play a two -game T20i series against the Arab Emirates united on May 17 and 19 before the Pakistan series.
According to a report by Cricbuzz, a Bangladesh Cricket Council official confirmed that the Government has given approval for the next team’s tour of Pakistan. The official letter is still expected, but the decision to allow the visit has been made in principle.

“We have the green signal (from the Government), although we still have to receive the official letter we expect before the latter, but, as far as I know, the Government has made the decision in principle that it will let us visit Pakistan for the next tour,” said a BCB official on Cricbuzz on Thursday.
The BCB officer stated that once they receive the Government’s official approval letter, debates will begin with the players. Some players have expressed their hesitations on Pakistan’s journey due to security problems, and the council claims that no player will be forced to participate.
“After obtaining the official government letter, we will start talking to our players, as we learned that some of them are reluctant to travel by citing the security reason,” he said. “One thing we can assure is that we do not push anyone.”
