The Colorado School District sues the State Sports Association and the Prosecutor General for the laws of the state that requires biologically men Transgendary athletes To compete in sports girls.

“Knowing that the approved policy will lead to the opposition and potentially causes legal problems, the D49 has taken actions before the district’s federal court, with a request for declarative and judicial assistance,” the school said.
The lawsuit is aimed at Colorado High school Association of Activities (CHSAA) and Attorney General Philip J. Weiser is looking for the legal protection of his new sport protection policy for girls.
