Aakash Chopra considers RCB a disadvantage
Aakash Chopra first spoke about RCB’s disadvantage after the revised programming, but in the video he shared on YouTube, he also talked about the unnecessary advantage they get after the revised calendar.
“It is assumed that the RCB had to play his last home game. This game was against KKR. Now this is not the case. Now they will play their games at home and their last game will be against Lucknow in Lucknow. If you see it from this point of view, they have done so,” he said.

Royal Challengers Bengaluru Playoff Qualification Stage
Currently, Royal Challengers Bengaluru is in second place in the point table with 16 points in 11 games. They need only one victory to qualify for the playoffs, but they are a heavy favorite to end in the 2 Top 2 this season.

In the same video, Aakash Chopra believes that, the same as RCB, Gujarat Titans will also have a potential disadvantage in the revised program of the IPL 2025.
Gujarat has three games in the league phase and are currently table toppers at the IPL 2025. They do not have the game the last or the second day.
Gujarat has their last game in the afternoon game and will have to wait two days to get to know their opponent on the playoffs.

“So it could be a problem for them for sure because what is for the benefit of RCB was for the benefit of GT before, but it is no longer for the benefit of GT. The good for GT is that their home games remain at home,” Aakash Chopra responded.
Gujarat’s first game is in Delhi against Capitals on May 18. After that, his last two games are on his home field against Lucknow Super Giants and Chennai Super Kings on May 22 and 25, respectively.
