Referring to her activity in the US to improve the justice system and her dreams to become a lawyer, she thanked Hedache for her letter of apology.
“I really appreciate it, I forgive you,” she told him at the booth, crying.
“But it does not change emotions, feelings, injury and how my life has changed.”
“I just want to thank everyone, especially the French authorities, for allowing me to testify today and tell my truth,” the television star, which was stuffed with the media, said on Tuesday.
The trial of a crime committed more than nine years ago has been going on for a long time and carefully behind him.
Having carried an individual black suit and diamond jewelry, Kardashian was supported in the courtroom of her mother Chris Jenner, several friends and belonging to the bodyguards.
In the first hour, she sometimes broke when showing the testimony, interrupting long nails and stopped when she overwhelmed emotions and fought out in tears. However, it seemed to relax and gathered the strength, the longer it continued, her voice became stable.
She also apologized to one of the accused, who apologized with her during her testimony.
The session on Tuesday in court for the first time was conveyed to Kardashian in the criminal court of her report on armed burglary and her degree during and after the attack.
On October 2, she spoke about how she was in the city on the Paris Week of Fashion, and retired at about 3:00, when two masked militants were bursting into her room, carrying a police uniform with her a reception hotel that was linked and abandoned.
She managed to call her guard before one of the men took the phone. They dug her wedding ring lying on the bedside table, and then “raised me out of bed, grabbed me and took me down the hall,” to look for more jewelry, “she said.
At that moment, one of the men held a gun to the back, and “It was the first moment I thought, should I run for it?
Kardashian said she was then thrown on the bed and her hands were tied to the click ties. At this point, she said the concierge, “Please translate to them that I have babies I have to do it home.”
Then one of the men pulled her to herself, who opened her robe under which she wore nothing.
She told the court that she was afraid that she had been raped, saying that she had said a prayer to prepare herself morally.
But then her legs were tied together, and the gun directed to her. At that moment, she said, “I was sure that they were going to shoot then.”
At that moment, she thought about her family, offering them a “prayer” so that they did not have to worry about her murder.
She expressed fear of her sister Kurtny, had to go to the hotel room to find out that “I would be shot on the bed, and she would see it and had this memory forever.”
When asked by Judge David de Posa, she thinks she would die, she replied with a small voice: “I absolutely thought I would die.”
Kardashian said she looked into the eyes of a man who tied her to try to remember the details – and that he told her when she remained quietly, everything was fine with her.
After the robbers took the jewelry, they escaped from the luxury, leaving the Kardashian in the bathroom. She then said she was able to release her hands from the cable ties and jumped on the stairs to the first floor luxury, where her stylist and friend Simone Harush helped release other connections.
Then they ran to the balcony where they sought help, hiding in the bushes. Kardashian said she was experiencing that men would return, and when the Paris police appeared, she could not trust them because the robbers were also in police uniform.
During the testimony in the crowded courtroom, Kardashian also answered a few questions from the judge about why her security was not present at the time.
Her ordinary team was sent to accompany her sister Kurtny to the club, while anyone remained.
She told the court that she had no guard because she and her family did not believe that they needed such a level of security. She said she had always felt safe before going out on the street of Paris, and they were comfortable when their security team remained in another hotel.
“Everything changed” after Paris, she said, noting that at night she was working up to six people to guard her home, and that she started getting a “way out” because she thought people “see me and know that my house was empty.”
“I can’t even fall asleep at night when I know that there are no several guards,” she said, noting that the concern of the copy’s attack, and that her Los -Andgeles house was robbed before the family returned from the Paris trip.
Kardashian’s testimony on Tuesday was interrupted by several points, offering apologies from the two accused in the courtroom who pleaded guilty to the charge. While she apologized to the hedch, she did not recognize the presence of other defendants who challenge the allegations.
She ignored her former driver Harry Madar, who was accused of abandoning the theft of his location. He denied the allegations.
She also expressed anger about one of the accused, who pleaded guilty, UNUS OBAS, who in 2021 published a memoirs for a trial called “I raised Kim Kardashian”.
Kardashian told the court on Tuesday that “he was very shocked when he saw that there was a book.”
“He not only did it, but even now (he) made money – my ornaments, my memories, observation as my dad, who died, gave me when I graduated from school. I can’t return it.”
She also told the court that she wanted to close the trial.
“I wanted to become a participant of today, because in this case I became a victim, and I could hear from everyone and watch for the first time,” she said.
“That’s what I do. I want to become a lawyer and I believe that everyone has the opportunity to speak their truth, and it is my closing and my opportunity to put it rest after everything I have experienced.”
Kardashian added that her work is “to tell my truth and hope that this will not happen to anyone else.”
“It was awful and changing my life, and I do not want such terror to think – to think that you can kill or rape – I wouldn’t want it to be on my worst enemy.”
