Daniel Phillip testified in court allegedly paid to have sex with Cassie by Sean “Diddy” combs watch.
Taking the stand on Monday, May 12, Phillip claimed to have been paid anywhere from $ 700 to $ 5,000 or $ 6,000 to be close to you with Cassie, 38, while Desify, 55, was present and “always sitting in a corner in masturbation.”

Phillip testified that he had sex with Cassie several times ahead of Design, and it is alleged that the trio would meet in guest rooms. He claimed they would use baby oil, with Designy claiming to tell Phillip to use more on several occasions. Phillip also claimed that Diddy would be able to play him with Cassie before getting close to you.
Remembering one case when he was alone with Cassie for the first time, Phillip claimed that Cassie was “not usually a kisser” but “they started to go into it.” While Cassie and Phillip were together, it is alleged that Designy came into the room and said, “I like we were coming on that way.”
Phillip also claimed that Designy had recorded these alleged sexual encounters on his phone “Once or Twice” and took a picture of Phillip’s driving license. “It’s just for insurance, just in case,” Phillip claimed that Diddy claimed to him, adding, “I understood (meant) that he threatened me.”
Phillip was the second witness to testify on Monday after both sides presented their opening statements. The case began earlier this month with Choose a jury.
Designed In September 2024 and accused of gender trading, racing conspiracy and transportation to participate in prostitution. He pleaded not guilty to all charges and has denied all the allegations against him.
“We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr Combs by the US Attorney’s Office,” said Designy attorney Marc Agnifilo in a statement at the time. “He is an imperfect person, but he is not criminal. To his credit Mr Combs has been nothing but cooperative with this investigation and he voluntarily moved to New York last week forecasting these accusations. Since his arrest, Desert has been held at the Metropolitan detention center in Brooklyn. His four bail requests were rejected by a judge Arun Subramanian.
