UN Aviation Agency believes Russia is responsible for reducing MH17

Russia is responsible for receiving flight in the Malaysian airlines, MH17, in eastern Ukraine in July 2014, the United Nations Aviation Agency decided.

All 298 people aboard a passenger plane were killed when it was beaten by a Russian -made rocket.

The Kremlin has always denied responsibility for the air disaster.

On Monday, the UN Council of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) voted in favor of the fact that the Russian Federation did not fulfill its obligations under international legislation, which requires the states “refrain from appealing to the use of weapons against civilian planes.”

MH17 Malaysia Airlines was traveling from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur when he was hit by the Donbass of Ukraine during a conflict between pro-Russian rebels and Ukrainian forces.

Most of the passengers and the crew, 196, were from the Netherlands.

There were also 38 people from Australia, 10 UK citizens, as well as Belgian and Malaysian citizens.

The UN case was taken in 2022 by the Australian and Dutch governments that both welcomed The ICAO ruling.

“We urge Russia to finally face its responsibility for this horrific act of violence and make reparations for its outrageous behavior,” said Australian Foreign Minister Wong.

The Dutch Foreign Minister Caspar VelkomP stated that it was an “important step towards establishing truth and achievement of justice and accountability.”

He sends a clear message to the international community, he added: “The States cannot violate international law.”

In 2022, the Dutch court ruled that the Russian group had beaten the plane and Two Russians and reports of a Ukrainian citizen were convicted murder in the played.

All trio were sentenced to life imprisonment because they were not extradited, they did not serve in prison.
