On Monday, May 12, India’s great Cricket team, Kohli, took Instagram to officially announce his retirement from the test cricket.
When he announced his retirement, the tributes took place through the world of cricketing, and several current and old cricketers congratulated him on his remarkable career and wished him luck for the future.

Speculations occurred about the retirement of Virat Kohli in recent days, as various media outlets reported that he has conveyed his retirement decision to the BCCI.
According to reports, BCCI sought to convince Kohli to reverse his decision and travel with Team India to England for a series of five -party tests of great Octana, but the batter disagreed.
Hours after Kohli retired from the test cricket, his teammate from India Shubman Gill paid tribute to him. In a shared message to his official social media handles, Shubman Gill emphasized the impact of Kohli on him and was hoping to carry out his fire and commitment. He made:
“ Anything I write to you, Paji, I will never capture what I feel or the impact you had on me. From seeing you bat when I was 13 and asking -as someone could bring this kind of energy to the field, to share the field with you and realize -that no one else can do it, you have not inspired a generation, you have remodeled the mentality of millions.
“I know the amount of test cricket for you and I hope our generation can advance this same fire and commitment. Thank you for everything. Happy retirement, @virat.kohli Paji.”

Another Kohli Spiral teammate, Mohammed Siraj, who is an admirer of the great baptism, wrote an emotional message to his retirement. In his place, Mohammed Siraj called Kohli as a superhero and said that the Indian dressing room will not be the same without him. Stated:
“To my superhero, congratulations on this wonderful career you had on the test cricket. Your legacy will stay forever.
“You have inspired generations of cricketers like me and you will continue to do it with your successes and how you brought Bhaiya. The locker room will not be the same without you. Thank you for having always given support and motivate -to do it. Wish you the best. King www @virat.kohli bhaiya.”
Yuvraj Singh also shared a message for Kohli in X, stating that he interpreted as a great cricketter throughout his career and wished him luck for the future. Wrote:
“The test cricket took the fighter and you gave everything! You played as the older ones did, with the hunger in the heart, shoots in the belly and pride in all the steps. Proud of what you have done to whites. It goes well King Kohli! @Imvkohli.”

Kohli finished his career with 9230 runs with an average of 46.85 in 123 games. In addition, he captured India in 68 trial games, winning 40, losing 17 and tied 11.
