Texas legislators It is levied forward in what they call the country’s strongest legislative efforts to prevent the hostile foreign states from buying land in the Lone Star state.

In an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital, HEFNER called SB17 as “Model Legislation” aimed at closing land purchases that are a threat to national security.

“This bill on actions and affiliation, not races, not nationality,” said Hefner. “If you act on behalf of a hostile foreign enemy, we will return this land back.”

The bill is in a direct reaction to events in the real world.

According to SB17, “real estate” includes agricultural, commercial, industrial and residential land, as well as mines, minerals and wood. The law includes key liberations for US citizens, legitimate permanent residents and property intended as a personal estate.

“The strong moments of our bill are that it can apply to everyone if we can prove that they act as an agent,” Hepner said. “So even if they are from a friendly country, but they are actually on behalf of a foreign enemy, they will obey the bill.”

The bill gives the Prosecutor General Investigation Powers and powers appointing receivers to manage or sell real estate acquired in violation of the law.

Hefner pushed away the critics who claim that the xenophobic bill. “It has nothing to do with skin color or ethnicity,” he said. “It is about protecting Texas and Americans from foreign espionage and influence.”

He also stressed that SB17 should not be considered as a guerrilla step. “It should not be a guerrilla problem. It is about national security. It is about preserving our citizens,” said Hefner. “It is Not about national Or the Democrat, it is not liberal or conservative. It’s just a concern for our people.

“And I believe that this, you know, is the responsibility of the government – to make sure that people can live free and safe in their state.”

SB17 must come into force on September 1. Hefner said he hoped the legislation has raised nationwide efforts.

“We must wake up,” he said. “It is about providing the Motherland, not in politics.”
