Jamie Chung a Bryan Greenberg have been married for almost 10 years – and their romance just keeps getting better with time.
“Well, what I love about Bryan is that he understands the business, but also, we’re there to support each other. It’s not a competition,” Chung, 41, says altogether Us Weekly at the 22nd Annual Unforgettable Gala on Saturday, December 15. “We love each other so much and it’s great. I love being married to him.”
Chung and Greenberg, 46, have been together since 2012 after briefly crossing paths a decade earlier. The two actors tied the knot in 2015, six years before welcoming twins by surrogate. In honor of their 10th wedding anniversary in 2025, Chung let Us in on the secrets of their wedded bliss.
“Honestly, you’re not married to the same person,” Chung said Us on Saturday. “We’re growing every day. We are different people every day and I think the most important thing is to fill each other’s emotional cup, try to listen to each other and show empathy and try (to be) understanding.”
He added, “The best word for this year is stay curious. ‘Why do you feel this way?’ To stay curious and open – and I have a great marriage counselor if anyone needs one! “
Before Chung and the One Bryn Coed alum mark their milestone birthday, they will celebrate the holiday season with the boys. (Chung and Greenberg have not publicly shared their sons’ names.)
“Oh, God, I want to sleep, but because daycare is closed, I won’t be able to,” Chung joked Saturday about her Christmas plans. “So, the aim is to have lots of activities to get our children tired and that’s it.”
Chung balances her marriage and motherhood with her career, recently starring Stone Cold Fox opposite Kiefer Sutherland a Kiernan Shipka.
“I can’t wait for people to watch it. It’s an amazing film beautifully shot by Ken Sengour cinematographer (and) our director, Sophie’s lossgreat,” Chung gushed. “It’s a revenge flick. It’s very similar Kill Bill. It’s full of action and it’s beautifully shot and the acting is great. I can’t wait.”
Chung is a proud Asian-American actress and always enjoys promoting others in the industry as well.
“It brings me so much joy to look around (on the Unforgettable Gala red carpet) and see familiar faces and people I love and people I root for,” she said. “We’re all here to support each other and it’s the best.”
