Smoki Robinson accused of attacking former servants

Four anonymous farms sue Motown Legend Smokey Robinson for $ 50 million (£ 37 million), accusing him of a sexual attack.

The complaint filed with the Supreme Court of Los Angeles accuses the 85-year-old sexual battery, false imprisonment, negligence and gender violence, except for a number of violations related to wages, breaks, sometimes food and overtime.

The lawsuit is also called Robinson’s wife, Francis Robinson, saying that she contributed to the hostile working environment and used “ethnically invisible words and language.”

Robinsans representatives did not immediately respond to the requests for comment, and the allegations cannot be checked independently.

Women sue the pseudonyms Jane Dow 1, 2, 3 and 4, because of the charges of violating sexual rules, including rape, aligned against music.

Three former housewives, and one – a singer’s personal assistant, a cook and a hairdresser, according to the court documents.

In the trial, all four women claim that Robinson causes them to different areas in Chatsvort, Bell Kanion and Las Vegas when his wife was visiting.

Sometimes arising from the shower, he made them engage in different types of sex for a number of years, since 2006, is assumed in the lawsuit.

Jane makes 1, 3 and 4, all claim that Robinson sexually attacks them in the “blue bedroom” of his residence of Chatsworth, saying he would put a towel to protect the sheets before the attacks.

Jane Dow 2 allegations claim that Robinson raped her in the laundry and garages of his residence of Chatsworth, where cameras with a closed contour could not see.

Women claim that during the alleged attacks Robinson used physical barriers and threats to prevent their escape.

The lawsuit also includes several allegations of workplace violations.

All four women say they worked 10 hours a day, six days a week, without paying minimum wages and overtime. They also claim that they worked on vacation without getting a holiday.

According to their lawsuits, all employees quit from the alleged violation of sexual misconduct and hostile work environment.

The BBC contacted Robinson’s representatives for a lawsuit.

No police reports and criminal reports were presented against music.

A press secretary of the district prosecutor Los -Angeles said the women’s claims were not considered because law enforcement agencies did not submit cases.

Los -Angeles police said they had no statement on the issue.
