Sudan cuts in ties with the UAE about alleged support of RSF when blows on the drones on the port -bartan continues

Sudan has reworked diplomatic ties with the United Arab Emirates (UAE), repeatedly accusing the Persian Gulf of Support Forces (RSF) in the country’s civil war.

The announcement happened when the RSF was accused of attacks on the usually safe city of Port -Sudan, which started on Sunday and continued until Wednesday.

On Tuesday, Sudan’s Defense Minister Yasin Ibrahim accused the UAE of violating his country’s sovereignty thanks to “trust” by RSF.

The UAE has repeatedly denied the allegations that it provided financial, military and political support for the paramilitary force.

Two years of conflict were killed thousands, forced millions of their homes and created the worst humanitarian crisis in the world.

As a result of the announcement of the Minister of Defense, the Sudanese ambassador will be withdrawn from the UAE, and Sudan will close his diplomatic missions in the bays.

Sunday, drones have hit the International Airport, a large power plant and a hotel in the Port Suda. The army accused RSF of attack, but the paramilitary group has not yet commented.

On Wednesday, the Sudanese army stated that the strike was thwarted on the largest military -marital base.

“They (drones) met with anti-aircraft missiles,” said the unnamed AFP source.

So far, the Port Guard has avoided bombing and was considered one of the safest places in the nation-destroyed war.

Sudan’s army often accuses the UAE of armed RSF.

Both the UK and the US have nominated the UAE in some appeals to external countries to stop the support of the warring parties of Sudan.

However Monday is the UN Supreme Court dismissed Sudan’s case against the UAE, in which he accused the Gulf state in the complicity in the genocide.

The Hague International Court has ruled that the case could not continue because the UAE has abandoned Article 9 of the Genocide Convention, which means that it cannot sue other states about the allegations of genocide.

Rem Kethet, Deputy Assistant Minister of Political Affairs of the UAE, said the court’s decision was “clear and decisive.”

“The international community should urgently focus on ending this devastating war and supporting Sudan people, and it must require humanitarian aid to achieve anyone in need,” she said.

Both the army and the RSF were accused of war crimes.
