Gary Cole just as stunning as fans by the Ncis Finishing Season 22 ended with a shocking death that strikes close to home – warning that “revenge” is coming.
WARNING: DEATHERS BELOW OF NCIS TERM 22, CHAPTER 20.
“It’s a horrible (second),” Cole was told, 68, only Weekly US On Monday, May 5. “Finding someone who has died who you love is one thing. Finding someone you love who is dead and murdered is quite another thing.”
During the Finishing of CBS, Alden Parker Special Agent (Cole) and his team at NCIS discovered that Carla Marino (make up de mornaay) was the true leader of the Cartel Nexus. After playing them by pretending to be an informant of NCIS and the Department of Defense, she revealed herself as “the butcher.”
Carla and one of his goons later kidnap Parker, because she blames her for her son dying in a motorcycle accident while trying to escape her and the cartel. Instead of killing Parker, Carla threatens to ruin his life with ominous warning.
At the end of the episode, Parker comes home to find his father, Roman (Francis X. McCarthy), murdered in his house. There are two wine glasses next to suggest that he knows his murderer.
Cole drew attention to Us On Monday this murder is a “act of breaking” leading Parker to deal with “rage and veins and guilt and shame.” If a Roman died of natural causes, Parker would “simply (be) mourn.”
“There is a result of writing that, namely, it cannot be ignored in any occasional way,” Cole teased, noting that the runners will “have to address it” during season 23, which was renewed earlier this year.
He explained, “He doesn’t have to be ahead. Obviously, it’s not going to be (talking about it) every time we make a chapter, but he has to color what Parker (does), the way he behaves and what he thinks about.”
Cole added that the way in which Roman died will disturb Parker and members of his team move on. (He was killed inside Parker’s home days after Carla invited himself into lunch with both men.)
“This team is not just another murdered victim. This is one ourselves,” said Cole. “It becomes that for some other members of the team.”
Said to Us That special agent Nick Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) is personally invested in all his fellow players and families, so Cole expects Torres to feel an even deeper Roman death.
“He might understand that more than anyone else,” Cole said about Torres. “I would assume that is where they are headed, (revenge). The way the last moment was written was that (Parker) was going from this shock and grief to watch immediately.”
The actor warned, “Someone pays for this,” but only time will tell whether Parker and his team are making the “right decision” in bringing the perpetrator ahead.
While many fans thought it is clear that Carla is the murderer – a lipstick Marc was on the second wine glass on the spot – Cole Coy played for the whodunit share from the story line.
“You can add two and two more and two equals six, but the same thing you don’t know is who is his lipstick? Really? We don’t know,” Cole admitted. “Carla did not leave a note saying, ‘Hello, I did this.'”
He revealed that the lipstick could be a red heron, or that “Decoy” was supposed to lead Parker to Carla.
“That’s what our writer’s room does, they throw things out there and sometimes he pays off the way you think it would be. And sometimes it’s a left turn,” Cole added.
In addition to Parker finding his murdered father, the finale throws a little light into another of his relatives: his late mother. Throughout the season, Parker learned that his mother died in a car accident when he was just a child.
A girl named Lily was a witness and later came to him in a series of dreams and scares, yet to be fully solved. During Monday’s finale, Parker’s father suggested he may not have told his son the full truth about his mother’s death but died before he could reveal more.
Jimmy Palmer (Brian Dietzen), meanwhile, he spent the finale looking for a real burial site Parker’s mother – at his request. When he received the death certificate, Jimmy was clearly related to the report.
“Something doesn’t add up,” said Jimmy Jessica Knight Special Agent (Katrina’s law) During the episode, but he had not yet shared his perception with Parker before the credits rolled.
“It is mysterious to him only from the outset. The circumstances of her death,” said Cole Us From Parker’s mother’s story. “It’s a hole in its past that doesn’t seem to be filled with anything specific.”
Cole admitted that he has “no idea” when Parker learns the truth that Jimmy recently discovered about his mother’s death certificate. He suggested that his mother’s death or the mystery of who was Lily (the witness), or where she is now, was close to over.
“I know when you get pieces of information like that about this death certificate and the way it was structured – and that Parker doesn’t even find out about it (again) we don’t know when he’ll find out about it later – I know that’s something they want to deal with (eventually),” Cole shared.
Added that The writers will “pay up” And give fans answers but “They don’t go (details) emerge until they have to do so.”
