Kylian Mbapping scored double when Real Madrid remained to beat Celta Vigo, despite a late comeback from the visitors of Santiago Bernabeu.
It seemed to be a routine afternoon for the side of Carlo Ancelotti when the second of the MBAPPE game put them 3-0 up to three minutes in the second half.
But Celta, who also pushed Barcelona all the way before losing the 4-3 in his last game outside, scored twice in the last quarter to provide some nervous moments for the people at home.
Madrid finally did the job, but he moved to four points from Barça at the top of the table.

Madrid comes from the blocks
Celta, who started the day in the seventh place, started well and could have taken the lead in an entertaining first half after six minutes: Marcos Alonso blinked a header on the bar after putting in the corner of Hugo Sotelo.
Celta threatened again a minute later and only a brilliant salvation of Thibult Courtois prevented Yoel Lago to kill his side in front.
Finally, Madrid woke up and after Vincius JR fired on the bar, they were headed by Arda Guler.
The Turkey International, remembered at the beginning XI this afternoon, played a quick corner in Lucas Vazquez, and after recovering the ball, he put in an effort that pulled a defender and flew in front of Celta goalkeeper Vicente Guaita.
Courtois saved Borja Iglesias well before Madrid hit again.
MBAPPE takes the center
Jude Bellingham released Mbappe on the left, and the Captain of France cut off before shooting in watchtower and the net.
MBAPPE has had its critics after a first season up in Madrid, but won its 36th goal in all competitions to make 3-0 in the first stages of the second half.
Guler was the architect with a slide rule for the defense of Celtic and MBAPPE did the rest with a clinical finish.
Madrid took off and Bellingham twice approached a quarter, while Guaita also had to go well to drown a low shot from the impressive guler.
Celta Strike Back
It seemed a little chance to return to Celtic, but this changed when Javi Rodriguez shot on the net after Madrid failed to erase a corner.
Iago Aspas was introduced by Celta’s head, Cristian Giraldez, and the 37-year-old striker had an instantaneous impact with a wonderful ball for Williiot Swedberg’s substitute companion to say goodbye to Courtois and make it 3-2 with 14 minutes.
Aspas showed that he had not lost any of his creative brightness and another three minutes later chose Pablo Duran. Its shot was partially saved by Courtois before the Belgium International could turn and take the ball before it was fixed in the line.
The Bernabeu faithful were not impressed and Jeers rained from the stands while Madrid tried to see the game.
Celta really threatened an equalizer when the minutes were marked, and Ancelotti’s men saw the game to maintain their title challenge.
