Mexican mayor arrested on alleged connections with Cartel training camp

Prosecutors in Mexico arrested Mayor Techitlan in Western Jalisz as part of the investigation on the neighboring Cartel Learning Website.

The investigation was launched after the activists discovered bone fragments and hundreds of thrown shoes, backpacks and clothing on the Ranchi Isaguir outside the city in March.

Human rights groups said they were afraid that the ranch was used as a “destruction camp”, where people are forced to recruit and train, and those who refused were tortured and the dead.

Herz’s statements were raised among the “search”, the name of relatives looking for more than 120,000 people who have disappeared without missing in Mexico over the past two decades.

But the prosecutor’s office claims that he knew about the existence of the training center and did not act on these knowledge.
