The Sergeant – revealed to be Isaac Dixon, the current leader of the WLF – goes out of the truck and kills all Fedra officials, showing his loyalty to the rebellious Militia group.
In this day and age, Ellie (Bella Ramsey) and Dina (Isabela Merced) is still on Their route of revenge in Seattle. Both come across some dated items seriously in a pharmacy before Continue their hunt for Abby (Kaitlyn Dever) and her crew.
In discovering Seattle, Ellie and Dina encounter pride flags for the first time, wondering if the people of the city are “all optimists.” Ultimately, the duo encounters a music store where Ellie finds guitar and starts playing “Take on Me” by A-HA.
“All those lessons from Joel,” Ellie told Dina after finishing the song. After Ellie puts the guitar down, the camera focuses on the tool In an apparent memorial to the late character. (He still hurts, okay.)
Elsewhere in Seattle, Isaac is torturing a member caught from the seraphites – remember the murdered religious group last week? That’s their name! – as part of their continued turf war. To quote Dina, “What is the f *** wrong with Seattle?”

But of course, Ellie and Dina find themselves in the middle of that turf war in search of Abby. The duo finds the dead members of WLF (and steals their radio) in a dormant building, murdered in the hands of the seraphites. Living members of the WLF also discover the bodies, thinking that Ellie and Dina are responsible. After a lot of fighting, a pack of infected is awakened and begins to do that thing where they try to eat people.
Ellie is bitten again (her bite count is up to four across both seasons) to save Dina before they escape to a dormant hotel. Dina, horrified by Ellie’s actions, draws a gun on his best friend. Ellie is forced to explain that it is immune.
“I promise – many times I wish this wasn’t true – I’m going to wake up exactly as I am right now. Me,” said Ellie. After a great deal of tears and a night of little sleep, Dina finally believes his friend’s story. Instead of responding to the bite and immunity reveals, Dina shares its own secret.
“Ellie, I’m pregnant,” said Dina before kissing Ellie. The couple who now enjoy a close-up moment before discussing the severity of the situation in question. Dina ultimately confirms – after showing her multiple positive pregnancy tests taken from the pharmacy earlier in the episode – she pregnant with Jesse’s (Young tooth) Baby.
“So we all have a baby. Holy S ***,” said Ellie. “I’m going to be a dad.”
Romantic minute aside, they start listening to the stolen wlf radio and hearing mention of Nora (Tati Gabrielle), which means she knows where Abby is. The episode ends with Ellie and Dina agreeing to complete their mission “together.”
