Like many years, Eric from New Zealand used Skype to communicate with a loved one while they were in another part of the world.

Since 2003, Susan Bertoti has lived in Chile. Skype was her way to keep in touch with her Mom’s Faith, who lives in Milton Keynes.

For the last 15 years they have been talking to each other every day when they diverted on Skype.
