It has been 16 years since Jason Mesnick and Molly Mesnick Found love on The bachelor and the pair is still a bliss in love. In the middle of their romance, the couple found the time to upgrade their family home recently.
“I always knew I wanted to build a custom home,” Molly was told, 41, just US Weekly, Highlights her real estate experience and passion for interior design. “Jason and I owned rented properties a few blocks away from where we lived and decided it was a great place for that dream to become a reality. For a full year, we will sit at our kitchen table designing our floor plan, literally closing my eyes to predict how we would use every space, then pull it out. “
Next year, Molly gave her a DIY floor plan to an architect, which ripped the current property to start fresh and helped the bachelor of nation’s alum to transform her vision into reality.
“Although building a custom home is one of the hardest projects I have ever worked on, I feel a sense of pride as I walked through the house knowing that I did it all on my own,” Molly said of the finished product. “This building has been such a fun experience. Honestly, I would love to build another house because I learned so much when I would be so much wiser next time.”
After a two -year construction process, Molly and Jason, 48, moved to her ideal home.
“We arrived back from a week -long holiday, and when we walked into the house, I looked at Jason and said, ‘I love this home with everything in my heart,'” Gushed Molly. “It’s really everything I dreamed of and more. I love being here, I love having guests over, and the whole family feels the same!”
Molly Girl divided Riley, 12, with the former Pagor and is a stepmother to his 20-year-old son, a house, of a previous relationship.
“I remind Riley all the time about how lucky we are to have this house, especially its space,” said Molly Us. “There was a house away at college Through the end of our building, so his first trip back home was so fun. It was so excited when he first walked inside. Honestly, we all felt that way. This house was in the drawing, and seeing it all came together was extremely satisfactory. “
